Okay, I have been enticed by The Frugal Crafter into making some ink drawings in conjunction with #Inktober2019. While these efforts have nothing to do with fiber arts, I decided to share them in this space, since so many of my WordPress blogger friends are sharing their drawings. Here are the first five days.

Very good! And I must ask… where did you get your ideas? I ask because the images are so diversified. I love minds that grab inspiration from everywhere! I need to do that more!

I’m not sure. Sometimes I look for reference photos. The balloon just came to mind – “mindless drifting.” The “build” was suggested by my husband. It’s based on a photo he took of our grandson at the age of 2.

I love your drawings!! I hope you keep sharing them on your blog! ❤️ I think drawing helps train our eyes to see and this practice can help in all our art making. Each one is fantastic! 🎨👍

Yes, it can be but maybe you will encourage others to post too. Some people have been practicing for years so they look like they are better at it. It is hard not to compare. 😊
